Ting Tseng is an experienced professional in organizational effectiveness and coaching, currently serving as Solution Director and APAC Master Coach at LHH since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as People and Organizational Success Partner and Senior Consultant at atrain Ltd. from 2012 to September 2022, as well as Principal Consultant and Organizational Success Partner at Little Rock Limited from 2019 to 2021. Ting has also held various consulting positions at scitrain, ltd and the Organizational Effectiveness Research Group. Notable accomplishments include designing a performance management system for a daycare center and creating employee motivation training programs at Philips Taiwan. Ting holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Chung Shan Medical University.
