Bryan Rushton

Bryan Rushton has a diverse background in community and workforce development, technology integration, and education. They served as the Director of Education & Workforce Alignment at the Community Education Coalition, where they focus on connecting education with meaningful employment while promoting equity and inclusion. Previously, Bryan held multiple roles at Cummins Inc., including Enterprise Business Analytics Program Coordinator and Senior Functional Excellence Specialist, where they drove quality improvements and managed data analytics initiatives. They also gained valuable experience in small business operations while working as an Assistant Manager at The AppleWorks. Bryan holds a BA in Marketing, Management, and Sociology from Indiana University-Purdue University Columbus.
