Andy Gao

Andy Gao is currently the Indirect Procurement Head at Li Auto, where they reorganize the indirect procurement team and optimize processes to support the company’s growth. With over 25 years of experience in procurement and sourcing management across multinational corporations such as Roche, General Motors, GE, and Schneider Electric, they have developed expertise in sourcing strategy, category management, and procurement sustainability. Andy has held leadership roles, including Director at Roche, where they reshaped the procurement team and established a shared services center. They hold a minor degree in Law from Liaoning University of Technology and are a certified Senior Economist.
