Lea Bechara is currently a Group Human Resources Manager at multiple organizations, including Tetrade Holding Company, Debahy Commodities Group, Libatel, Allied Real Estate, Connect IT, and Al Zeebaq For Communication Services, since 2014. Prior to this, they served as an HR Consultant at HR Matrix from 2012 to 2014 and worked as a Training & Development Officer at Bank Audi from 2009 to 2012. Lea holds an MA in Human Resources and a BA in Economics from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, as well as an Associate Membership in Human Resources Management from CIPD Qualifications completed in 2020.
