Brandon Harrold

Brandon Harrold has extensive experience in customer relations and account management, currently serving as an Account Representative at Libbey Inc. since February 2020, where responsibilities include managing multiple customer accounts and collaborating with various teams to meet customer objectives. Concurrently, since July 2016, Brandon has worked as a freelance Photographer for SpokenWolf Photography, handling photography, media upkeep, photo editing, and marketing. Previous roles include Shipping/Receiving Manager at Hammill Medical and Customer Consultant at FedEx Office, both of which involved communication with customers regarding orders and product inquiries. Brandon began a career in media as a Media Intern at Bluefin Media while pursuing an Associate's degree in Music Business Technology from Owens Community College, graduating in 2016.
