Mike Bauer

Mike Bauer currently serves as the CEO and Board Member of Libbey Inc. since March 2019. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions, including Board Member at Edsal Manufacturing from October 2018 to April 2020 and President of Master Lock Company from December 2014 to July 2018. Experience at Moen Incorporated spanned 17 years, during which Mike progressed through several roles, culminating as President of Moen U.S. In earlier roles, Mike served as CFO at Nook Industries and held various positions at Avery Dennison, including Plant Controller. Mike began a professional career as an Audit Manager at Coopers & Lybrand. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a BBA in Accounting from Cleveland State University.
