Mike Schuster

Mike Schuster currently serves as Senior Director of Sales Operations and Senior Director of National Chain Accounts at Libbey since August 2010, following various roles within the company, including National Chain Accounts Sales Director East. In addition to his role at Libbey, Mike is a member of the Emerging Leader Program at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., the world's largest executive coaching and peer advisory organization, since February 2020. Mike's career at Libbey began in 1996, with positions ranging from Customer Service Supervisor to Pricing Analyst, and included tenures as Marketing/Product Manager for various product categories. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and an Associate’s Degree in Architecture, both from The University of Toledo.
