Ryan Routhe

Ryan Routhe has extensive experience in operations excellence and quality assurance within the glass manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Operations Excellence Manager at Libbey since June 2023, Ryan previously held the position of QA/Materials Engineer for Global Sourcing at Libbey Glass since October 2014, where responsibilities included managing quality expectations for sourced products and collaborating with suppliers. Prior roles at Libbey Glass Inc from July 2008 to October 2014 included Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing product quality at the Toledo Plant, and Value Stream Manager, focused on continuous improvement in production lines through Lean manufacturing practices. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
