Veronica Millon, PMP, MBA, serves as the Director of Strategic Pricing at Libbey since June 2025. With extensive experience in project management and sales operations, Veronica worked as a Project Manager at SSOE Group from March 2005 to March 2013, focusing on engineering and construction across various industries. At O-I, from July 2020 to November 2022, Veronica held multiple roles, including Global Sales Operations Director, where notable achievements included a 20% reduction in operational costs and a significant increase in customer satisfaction metrics. Additionally, Veronica drove revenue growth as Sales Director for the Distribution Channel in North America, surpassing $125 million through strategic partnerships. Veronica's early career involved leading the design and construction of a research facility as Senior Project Manager and implementing strategic planning initiatives that generated substantial savings and enhanced customer loyalty.
