Aaron Gwak is an accomplished financial professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in capital markets and venture leadership. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Libeara since November 2023, Aaron previously led initiatives at SC Ventures by Standard Chartered, focusing on financial inclusion through the Libeara startup and the Liberty venture. Throughout a distinguished career at Standard Chartered Bank, Aaron held multiple managing director roles, overseeing capital markets operations across ASEAN and enhancing bond product offerings. Aaron's earlier experience includes positions at Woori Investment & Securities and UBS, where expertise in global capital markets was developed. A co-founder of Knight Bridging Korea Co. Ltd., Aaron also has a diverse educational background spanning several prestigious institutions, including a Bachelor of Business Administration from Seoul National University and executive programs at Oxford and MIT.
