Henry Loh

Henry Loh, CA, FRM, serves as the Risk and Compliance Lead and Data Protection Officer at Libeara since February 2024, overseeing the enterprise risk management framework for the organization, which is a venture incubated by SC Ventures aimed at enhancing market accessibility and transparency through tokenization. Prior to Libeara, Henry held the position of Head of Risk & Internal Control at Cake Group from October 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included designing and managing enterprise risk management frameworks for a consortium of crypto-related companies. Earlier experience includes working as a Manager in Financial Services Assurance at PwC Singapore, auditing key banking institutions, and as an intern in compliance consulting at EY. Henry also has teaching experience from an internship with the Ministry of Education in Singapore. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University and a cybersecurity program at Harvard University.
