Sofia Iturbe

Sofia Iturbe has had a varied and successful career in the hospitality and digital marketing industries. Sofia began their career in 2012 as a Trainee at Hotel Ritz Madrid, where they mainly focused on Housekeeping and had some cross-training in Room Service, Maintenance and Front Desk. In 2013, they became a Management Trainee at Belmond La Résidence d'Angkor, where they worked as Guest Relations Management and optimized the Housekeeping department to the standards of The Leading Hotels of the World. In 2015, they joined 2btube as a Sales Team member, representing digital talent and offering integrated proposals for companies. In 2016, they became Co-founder & Sales and Operations Manager at COMUNICACION TEENCO SL, a digital marketing agency specializing in advertising through digital influencers. In 2018, they moved to DOCSA Real Estate as Director of Sales. In 2019, they became Co-founder & COO of LIBEEN Smart Housing. Finally, in 2021, they became a Nova Talent Member.

Sofia Iturbe's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management with Real Estate Finance and Revenue Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education from 2011 to 2014, a Pre-college Summer program from Rhode Island School of Design in 2009, and a High School diploma from San Agustin Madrid from 2005 to 2011.
