Scott Shepard, AICP, LEED®AP, PMP, is an accomplished professional in the fields of urbanism and mobility, currently serving as the Founder & CEO of The #CitiesFirst Advisors since September 2017, where the focus is on climate tech consulting at the intersection of AI and decarbonization. Additionally, Scott is a founding team member and board member at InterMobility, a community uniting mobility and environmental companies globally. Other roles include Board Member at Green Mobility Magazine, Founding Member & Advisor at Urban AI, and University Lecturer at Istituto Europeo di Design. Scott advises various organizations, such as Libelium and Tolplan (Pty) Ltd, on smart solutions and toll-related consulting, respectively. Previous experience includes heading Policy & Government Affairs at Drover AI, a micromobility technology leader. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Vermont and a Master of City Planning with a specialization in Urban Design from San Diego State University.
