Ha Ly

Ha Ly currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Liberis since February 2023. Previously, Ha Ly held the position of Head of People at Open Energi, where the focus was on developing advanced technology for an affordable, zero carbon energy future. Prior to that, meaningful contributions were made as Senior People Partner at Global, supporting multiple divisions across the UK, US, and Canada. Ha Ly's earlier roles include HR Business Partner positions at Tokio Marine Kiln and the Competition and Markets Authority, along with senior HR advisory roles at Stratton Finance and HR coordination at organizations such as The Walt Disney Company and Tennis Australia. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Commercial Law from Swinburne University of Technology.
