Liberty 32 is a Malagasy non-profit research-engagement and volunteer-based organisation focused on citizens’ civic and political participation, promoting effective governance and rule of law, women and youth empowerment and the culture of volunteerism.

Liberty 32 works at national level and has now around 300 active volunteer members in 6 regions of Madagascar (Analamanga, Atsinanana, Matsiatra Ambony, Alaotra Mangoro, Menabe, Diana) who conceive, lead and execute activities and programmes of the Organisation. 7 result-oriented and engaged young people elected by the members manage the Organisation through the Coordination Structure. 5 executive staff members are in charge of coordinating  the day to day activities of Liberty 32.
