Rick Sletering

Rick Sletering is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and customer experience insights. Currently serving as Senior Manager CEX Insights and Senior Manager Customer LifeCycle Management at Liberty Global since November 2010, Rick consults on CLC across European UPC countries. Previously, Rick worked at Nuon from 2001 to 2010 as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Campaign Manager, where notable achievements included implementing Siebel Marketing and boosting sales in the Customer Care Center. Rick's career also encompasses roles at The Vision Web as a CRM Business Consultant, Delta Lloyd as Project Manager Marketing, and ING in various capacities, including Senior Product Manager and Information Manager. Rick holds a post-master's degree in Change Management from Radboud University and a Master's in Business Administration from Open Universiteit.
