Robert Carter

Robert Carter has extensive experience in service management and deployment, having served as Release Manager/Change Manager at UPC Broadband Holding Services BV Netherlands from August 2005 to February 2010, where the focus was on establishing controlled processes for service releases across a Pan European platform using Agile methodology. Since February 2010, Robert has held the position of Service Deployment Manager at Liberty Global, responsible for managing end-to-end services, ensuring quality for customers while coordinating with vendors and business relationship managers. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Brighton and completed A levels at Blandford Sixth Form.
