Liberty Refunding exists for one reason.
To recover money that legally belongs to homeowners, heirs, and former property owners but was never paid out.
Counties, courts, and trustees do not chase people down to return these funds.
If no one files the claim correctly, the money just sits there.

We step in to make sure it doesn’t.
We help individuals recover funds left behind after:
Foreclosures
Tax sales
Mortgage sales

When a property sells for more than what was owed, the remaining balance does not disappear.
It is owed to the rightful party.
Our job is to identify those funds, confirm eligibility, and recover them properly.

You do not pay upfront fees.
If there are no funds to recover, there is no charge.
If the claim does not succeed, you do not owe us.
