Jon Harding

Jon Harding began their career in direct door-to-door marketing in 2004 and became the first Sales representative at Liberty Security. Over 18 years, Jon held various management roles, focusing on recruiting, training, and motivating Sales teams while helping to build a nationwide program. Educated in Sports Management at the University of Arizona, Jon applies insights from sports psychology to their sales strategies. Currently serving as the National Director of SMB and Residential Sales at GardaWorld, Jon has developed a newfound passion for Private Equity, involving themselves in multiple investment opportunities. Family remains a priority, with a supportive spouse and four lively children keeping Jon engaged.
