Ailsa Macmaster is currently a Vice President in Investment Banking at Panmure Liberum, a position held since 2021, after serving as an Associate from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, Ailsa worked at EY as an Executive from 2016 to 2018, originally joining as an Associate through the April Graduate Scheme in 2014 within the EMEIA Financial Services Assurance sector.
