Nicholas How has a diverse and extensive work experience in the investment banking and corporate finance sectors. Nicholas is currently the Managing Director of Investment Banking at Liberum, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Investment Banking at Peel Hunt from June 2019 to May 2021. From January 2015 to June 2019, they worked as the Director of Corporate Finance at Zeus Capital. Nicholas was also a Partner in Investment Banking at Stifel Nicolaus & Company Incorporated from June 2010 to January 2015. Before that, they were a Partner in Corporate Finance at N+1 Singer (and predecessor firms) from September 2006 to June 2010. Nicholas began their career as a Corporate Finance Analyst at ABN AMRO Hoare Govett in 1998. Nicholas later worked as a Director in UK Investment Banking at Dresdner Kleinwort from 1999 to 2006. Prior to that, they qualified as an ACA at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1994 to 1997.

Nicholas How attended Reading School from 1984 to 1991. Nicholas later pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) degree at the University of Birmingham from 1991 to 1994.
