Sam Elder is currently the Assistant Director and Corporate Broker at Panmure Liberum, a mid-cap investment bank focused on UK-listed and private companies. Previously, Sam worked in PwC’s Capital Markets Advisory team, gaining extensive experience with IPOs, M&A transactions, and debt issuances. Prior to that, Sam spent three years in PwC’s external audit practice, where they qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Sam graduated with a BA Hons in Accountancy from the University of Strathclyde in June 2015.
