Pascal Schmidt has a diverse range of work experience. Pascal is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of LIBIFY Technologies GmbH, an Elderly Care start-up focused on providing products and services for older individuals and their relatives. Prior to this, Pascal founded their own coaching and consulting firm, where they advised organizations and individuals on digital corporate strategies and transformation. Pascal also worked as a Dialogue Partner at achtwert GmbH, providing expertise in various industries and coaching methodologies. Pascal has held leadership positions at companies such as C. & E. Fein GmbH, Anki Inc., Travian Games GmbH, Connex GmbH, Media Schmidt, and Nintendo of Europe GmbH, where they managed marketing and communication teams and successfully launched various products. Overall, Pascal has extensive experience in digital transformation, marketing, and business strategy.

Pascal Schmidt attended FHWS Informatik und Wirtschaftsinformatik from 1994 to 1995, where they pursued a pre-degree in Business Informatics. In September 2019, they also obtained the certification of Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org.
