Lisa DeCook has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Lisa is currently the Director of Human Resources at Libra Solutions, where they are responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, and culture initiatives. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Client Solutions at Anthem Marketing Solutions, leading the development of marketing strategies and actionable solutions for clients. Lisa also worked as an Independent Consultant and held the position of Director of Business Leadership at Momentum Worldwide, where they oversaw brand strategy and execution for various portfolios. Additionally, they have experience as an Account Director and Director of Promotional Operations at TRISECT, VP and Director of Client Services at Turner Advertising, and Freelance Account Director at Wunderman. Before that, they worked as an Account Director at Frankel & Company and Wunderman Cato Johnson. Lisa began their career as an Account Supervisor at Frankel & Company.
