Julia Marco

Julia Marco is a software engineer at Libro.fm since April 2022, bringing prior experience as a back end developer at Velory from October 2019 to May 2022. Julia's technical education includes completion of back end engineering studies at the Turing School of Software & Design between November 2018 and September 2019. Prior to transitioning into software development, Julia served as a project manager at Word Works S.L. from June 2016 to June 2018, managing multilingual communication projects and utilizing various translation tools. Earlier roles include receptionist at Adecco España from October 2015 to June 2016 and English teacher as an independent contractor from September 2014 to September 2015. Julia's academic background encompasses a Master’s Degree in Audiovisual Translation from Universidad de Cádiz and degrees in Translation and Languages from The University of New Mexico and Grado en Traducción e Interpretación from Universidad de Granada, complemented by a brief academic experience at Aston University in languages and social sciences.
