LibTech India is a team of engineers, social workers, and social scientists committed to enhancing transparency and accountability in rural social policies. Our mission is to empower citizens, activists, and government officials by providing access to actionable information that helps improve governance and service delivery. 

We adopt a holistic RAET approach—Research, Advocacy, Education, and Training—focused on systemic change. Through **Research**, we conduct data-driven studies to identify gaps in policy implementation. Our **Advocacy** efforts work to influence policymakers and raise awareness on issues affecting marginalized communities. With **Education**, we equip local communities, activists, and officials with the knowledge to engage in public welfare programs. Lastly, through **Training**, we provide skills to government officials and field-level workers to implement these programs effectively. 

Our work involves combining rigorous fieldwork with data analysis to support social protection schemes, such as MGNREGA and financial inclusion initiatives, ensuring transparency and equitable governance in rural India.
