Andrew Spencer

Andrew Spencer is an Electrical Controls Engineer at LICAP Technologies, Inc., with previous experience as a Technical Consultant and Manufacturing Engineer at Clark Pacific. Andrew also worked as an Electrical Engineer at Terzo Power Systems and as an Applications Engineer at Galil Motion Control. Andrew has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
