LICENSED PURPOSE COACH COMMUNITY is a group of LPCC graduate coaches who have a passion to help others and want to identify their own purpose first so that they can make a difference in the lives of others.

LPCC provides an entire Coaching Ecosystem for its members to establish their coaching practice

Founded by Nitesh Gawade in July 2019 to share his coaching journey, tools, techniques and mistakes to fast forward the journey of aspiring coaches by 10 years

LPCC stands for Licensed Purpose Coach Certification ( 9 weeks online programme plus 15 month of Community Membership and License to use Trademark and Intellectual property) 

We are a global community with a mix of Senior Directors , IT Professionals , Teachers , Doctors , Home Makers, IIM Graduates , Entrepreneurs and Counsellors 

As a community, we execute initiatives like AS YOU SOW,  Make It Big , Teenpreneur; we conduct workshops like Discover My Superpower , TEENPRENEUR Fellowship and coach individuals using Discover My Core framework
