Fernando Olloqui

Fernando Olloqui has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to 2018. Fernando began their career in 2006 as a Consultant for the Australian Bureau of Statistics, where they were the team leader of a project aimed to get Australian high school students interested in careers in statistics. In the same year, they worked as an Analyst for Deutsche Bank. In 2007, they worked as a Consultant for Morgan Stanley on a senior thesis project in management engineering, and as a Consultant for Towers Watson on a senior thesis project in actuarial mathematics. Fernando then joined JP Morgan in 2008 as an Analyst, where they co-managed the largest book in the region and was involved in daily client relationship management. In 2012, they were a Founding Partner of OCG Capital, a real estate investment and asset management company, and Founder and Chairman of Stonia Group, a company working to transform 50 million people's day to day. In 2014, they became Executive Vice President of Grupo Olloqui, and in 2018, they were Founder and CEO of Licify, a company aiming to transform 50 million people's day-to-day by expediting access to deserving and desirable homes and equal opportunity.

Fernando Olloqui attended Colegio Nueva Granada from 1989 to 2003. Fernando then went on to Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Mathematics and Industrial Engineering between 2003 and 2007. Lastly, they attended Columbia Business School and obtained a Full time MBA in Finance and Real Estate between 2011 and 2012. Additionally, they obtained a Venture Deals Spring 2020 certification from Techstars in April 2020.
