Vinay Aggarwal is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Lead Executive Chef R&D at Licious since December 2021. In addition, Vinay holds the position of Technical Advisor Chef and Business Developer at BRIDOR and has been a Sous Chef at FAUCHON Paris since January 2018. Prior experience includes working as a western and oriental chef at The Belvedere and 360 in The Oberoi Hotel New Delhi from July 2011 to October 2015.
