Callum Jones

Callum Jones has a strong background in sales and account management. Callum currently holds the role of Commercial Director at Lick, starting in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Evergreen Garden Care from 2018 to 2022, where they held various roles including Head Of Revenue Growth Management, National Account Controller, and Senior National Account Manager. Before joining Evergreen Garden Care, Callum worked at Sherwin-Williams Paints as a National Account Manager from 2016 to 2018. In this role, they managed the commercial relationship between Valspar and Kingfisher Group, secured new format trials and negotiated national brand replacements. Callum also received the Sherwin Williams Employee of The Year award in 2018. Callum's earlier experience includes roles at Valspar, where they were a Supply Chain Manager from 2015 to 2016 and a Regional Sales Manager from 2013 to 2015. During this time, they delivered supply chain solutions and achieved sales growth while overseeing store launches and implementing sales strategies. Callum has a proven track record of achieving results and driving revenue growth.
