Brian Capps is a seasoned software engineer and partner at Lickability, a New York-based software studio established in February 2009, where Brian focuses on engineering iOS applications and managing business operations and finance. Prior to this role, Brian served as Lead iOS Software Engineer at The New York Times from January 2012 to April 2015, where Brian led architectural discussions and oversaw the first open source iOS project for the organization. Throughout their tenure at The New York Times, Brian also contributed as a Senior and iOS Software Engineer, working on team development standards and mentoring new engineers. Brian holds credits towards a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Miami.
