Sofia Boikou

Sofia Boikou has diverse experience in customer support, education, and operations management. From December 2018 to September 2019, Sofia worked as a Greek-English customer support representative at Concentrix, providing bilingual assistance for Booking.com. Prior to that, from September 2009 to September 2014, Sofia was a self-employed private courses teacher. Most recently, from March 2023 to November 2023, Sofia served as a cruises operations and financial coordinator for Ionian Cruises, managing the organization of cruise trips to Albania and overseeing financial aspects. Currently, Sofia is employed as a merchandiser at Lidl Hellas since December 2025. Sofia holds a Bachelor's degree in Ancient/Classical Greek Language and Literature from the University of Ioannina, earned between 2003 and 2008.
