Alán Nazhat has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Currently, they are the Vice President of Enterprise Systems & Applications at Lids. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director at Tech.Unlimited Consulting.
Alán's most notable role was as the Chief Technology Officer at Enthusiast Auto Holdings, where they oversaw the technology organization for seven different companies. Alán successfully implemented a comprehensive technology strategy, including system integrations and advanced service bus solutions.
Before that, they held the position of VP, Application Development | Business Solutions at Byrider, where they implemented an Enterprise Data Warehouse solution that significantly improved business intelligence. Alán also streamlined processes and integrated innovative platforms to drive sales and savings.
At Finish Line, Alán served as the VP, Application Development - Enterprise Systems, where they spearheaded the development of enterprise systems and drove continuous improvements. Alán played a key role in increasing online sales through the development of a CRM engine and the restructuring of the technology foundation.
Alán also has experience in project management and consulting roles at several other companies, including Payless ShoeSource, MOBE Systems, NAL Worldwide, and World Wide Technology, Inc.
Additionally, Alán has a background in the US Army as a member of the Texas Army National Guard.
Alán Nazhat has a diverse education history. From 2012 to 2016, they attended Amberton University and studied Strategic Leadership. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the same institution. In 1993 to 1995, Alán attended Texas State Technical College and obtained an Associate's Degree in Instrumentation. Lastly, in 1989 to 1991, they attended Baylor University, although the degree and field of study are unknown. Additionally, Alán Nazhat obtained certification as an Agile - Certified SCRUM Master from the International Scrum Institute in 2014.
