Ted Harton

Ted Harton has extensive experience in sales management, currently serving as Senior District Sales Manager at Lids since August 2017, after previously holding the role of District Sales Manager. Prior to this, Ted was a District Manager at Rent-A-Center from 2005 to August 2017, where responsibilities included turning around an underperforming region, overseeing eight district locations with over 40 staff and managing approximately $5 million in revenue. Ted developed and implemented various operational, financial, HR, merchandising, and customer service strategies. Earlier in Ted's career, the role of District Manager at Rent-A-Center included management of nine retail stores generating $7.2 million in annual revenue, and as Store Manager, recruitment, training, and onboarding of staff for new store startups were key responsibilities.
