Tom Ripley

Tom Ripley has extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Tom co-founded and serves as a Partner at Ames Watson since January 2018. In addition, they are the Chairman and CEO of LIDS Sports Group since February 2019. Previously, they were the Managing Partner and Founder of Severn Partners, LLC starting from July 2004. Tom Ripley also held the position of President at Airboss Defense from July 2015 to December 2018. Prior to these roles, they served as Executive Chairman at American Combustion Industries, Inc. from March 2012 to August 2015. Tom Ripley began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they achieved the rank of Captain and served from June 1993 to January 1998.

Tom Ripley earned a BA in History from the Virginia Military Institute in 1993 before obtaining an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 1999.
