Devante Watson

Devante Watson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Lead Fabrication Production Planner at Liebherr Group since February 2023, where responsibilities include executing production schedules to align with customer orders and sales forecasts. Prior to this role, Devante spent nearly 12 years at Newport News Shipbuilding, starting as a Test Electrician and progressing to Lead Production Planner and Scheduler, focusing on the planning and control of production schedules for nuclear aircraft carriers and submarines. Devante has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Leo University, an Associate's degree in Engineering from Thomas Nelson Community College, and completed an apprenticeship at the Apprentice School of Newport News Shipbuilding.
