Franz Woellinger has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Leiter Angebote, Konstruktion und Life Cycle Engineering and previously as Leiter Konstruktion at Liebherr Group since July 2015. Prior to that, Franz held various positions at Siemens from May 2001 to June 2015, including Stv. Abteilungsleiter Engineering Projektmanagement and Technical Manager for the development of rail vehicles. Earlier roles included Angebotsverantwortlicher Engineering and Techniker for HKL systems at GAT Maschinen PlanungsgmbH, Konstrukteur at KUPA Präzisionsmaschinen AG, and quality technician and toolmaker at Koloman Handler GmbH and Kubitza GmbH. Franz holds a degree in Maschinenbauingenieur from HTBL für Berufstätige and completed training as a toolmaker at Berufsschule für Fertigungstechnik.
