Luis Bernal

Luis Bernal is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in information technology and internal audit across various international organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of IT Shared Services at Liebherr Group since August 2025, Luis previously held the role of Vice President of Information Technology and Head of Global Business Process Excellence at dormakaba. Prior to that, Luis spent over eight years at Holcim, where positions included Head of IT, CIO, and Managing Director of the EMEA Digital Center, and leadership roles in internal audit for the Americas and Latin America. With a robust educational background, including advanced management and executive programs from prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management, IESE Business School, and Universidad de Vigo, Luis possesses a strong foundation in technology, operations, and business strategy.
