Pavan Mallikarjun

Pavan Mallikarjun is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in psychiatry and leadership roles. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Director at Lief since March 2022, Pavan also holds the position of Consultant Psychiatrist at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust since April 2016. With a background that includes being Director of The Birmingham Course and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Birmingham, Pavan has contributed significantly to mental health services. Prior roles include Consultant Psychiatrist at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust and Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, as well as Clinical Lecturer at The University of Nottingham. Pavan's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Psychiatry from the University of Nottingham, an eMBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, and several prestigious qualifications in psychiatry, including membership in the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
