Mac Alabre

Mac Alabre is the founder and CEO of Lien Library. Prior to Toastmasters, Mac was the Vice President of Public Affairs where they were responsible for creating a connection between Toastmaster and the community. As a liaison between business, nonprofit entity, government department, and the people affected by our operations, they developed a communication plan and implemented a broad range of public relations activities to increase awareness to bring more members on board.

Mac has also worked as a Financial Analyst for the City of North Miami where they analyzed and resolved administrative problems with a rigorous method by applying government policy. Mac also managed existing organizational patterns and established working relationships with clients and other agencies. Additionally, Mac directed cross-projects for a few departments with deadlines and investigated and resolved discrepancies in 50K+ accounts while under a tight deadline.

Before their work in the public sector, Mac was a Store Manager for Dollar Tree Stores. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of store operations, including sales, merchandising, customer service, and store appearance.

Mac is a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others. Mac is committed to their work and takes pride in their accomplishments. Her experience in various industries has given their the skills and knowledge necessary to be an effective leader in their field.
