FlytBase was founded by a group of engineers, researchers, hackers, and thinkers who love working with aerial robots and strive to make them truly autonomous. From day one, we’ve embraced AI to help businesses scale drone operations through seamless automation and connectivity—driving us toward a bigger mission. Our true strength is our AI-native culture: we hire people who thrive in fast-paced problem-solving, embrace experimentation, and move at AI-speed. We’re growing fast and looking for those who share this passion—people who love what they do and want to make a meaningful impact on the world.

FlytBase Labs (previously NavStik Labs) has earned multiple accolades for its innovation, technology, and business model:
• Winner at TiECon Pune 2015
• Winner at PuneConnect 2015
• Startup of the Year – Technology, 2016 (Startup Leadership Program)
• Selected among top 45 product startups at InTech50, 2016
• Selected for TiE Nurture program, 2016
• Selected among 11 startups for the Microsoft Ventures-backed GenNext Accelerator Program, 2016

Join us on our ambitious journey to help businesses scale commercial drone operations through automation and connectivity.
