Riccarda Zezza

Riccarda Zezza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Since 2015, they have been the CEO of Lifeed, an edtech scale-up focused on transforming life experiences into business skills. Riccarda has also been an Ashoka Fellow since 2016, which is an organization supporting social entrepreneurs. In addition, they have held positions at the Weizmann Institute of Science, Cesvi Fondazione Onlus, and Alley Oop - Il Sole 24 Ore as a member, blogger, and participant respectively. Riccarda was the President and co-founder/CEO of Piano C, a social innovation co-working concept, from 2012 to 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Stakeholder Engagement at Banca Prossima and held various roles at Nokia and Microsoft Italia, including Head of Europe Middle East and Africa, Corporate Community Investment, and Corporate PR Manager.

Riccarda Zezza obtained a Master's degree in Institutional and Corporate Communication from the Università degli Studi di Siena, which they pursued from 1992 to 1997. Later, in 2003, they completed a post-graduate diploma specializing in Master in Innovation and Business Management from MIP Politecnico di Milano, a program they concluded in 2004. In 2014, Riccarda attended Valore D, where they obtained a Master in the Boardroom, although the field of study for this particular degree is not specified.
