John Cray is a retired professional with extensive experience in reliability management and business continuity. From November 2024 to the present, John Cray has held the title of Retired. Prior to retirement, John Cray worked as Regional Reliability Manager at Hoechst Celanese, where leadership involved implementing reengineered processes and establishing a network of Maintenance & Reliability Managers. At Fluor Corporation, John Cray served as Account Manager for Business Continuity and Disaster Management, focusing on risk assessment and disaster response. Other roles included Director of Public Works within the LOGCAP contract and Director of Asset Performance Improvement for clients in the Metals industry. John Cray also worked as Principal Consultant at Life Cycle Engineering, providing reliability consulting services. Additional experience includes serving as Sr Project Manager for Reliability at Owens Corning, where John Cray developed reliability processes and performance management systems. Education includes a BME in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, pursued from 1981 to the present.
