Gary Broadbent

Gary is responsible for leading LifeScan's global legal and compliance functions, supporting strategic business initiatives while mitigating risk. He previously served as Chief Legal Officer or General Counsel for public and private companies across a range of industries and dynamic environments, facilitating a total of $9.3 billion in debt financings, $1.9 billion in public equity offerings, and $5.1 billion in mergers and acquisitions. Gary earned a B.A. from Kent State University and both J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Case Western Reserve University. He currently serves on the boards of various private companies and philanthropic organizations.
