Iain Morrison

Iain Morrison has a robust background in engineering and project management within the automotive and medical device industries. Iain began a career at Ford Motor Company as an Engineering Intern before enhancing expertise at Lotus Cars as a Project Engineer, where participation in a Graduate training program provided experience across various departments. Iain then joined Tesla Motors as a Vehicle Test Engineer, contributing to the Roadster electric sports car program. Subsequently, Iain held multiple roles at McLaren Automotive Ltd, serving as both Senior Development Engineer and Principal Series Engineer, leading the development of the McLaren P1 Hybrid Supercar while managing cross-functional teams and addressing post-production engineering challenges. Most recently, Iain has worked at LifeScan as the Global Packaging & Labelling Manager, overseeing a diverse team and leading projects in the medical devices sector. Iain holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh.
