Life Science Incubator (LSI) provides modern, fully-equipped laboratory spaces across Asia-Pacific for companies running serious life science R&D.

We support startups, scale-ups, and corporate R&D teams through a mix of co-working labs and private laboratory suites, enabling teams to launch, expand, or establish a regional footprint without the time, cost, or complexity of building their own lab.

Our facilities are PC2 / BSL-2 compliant, well-equipped, and professionally operated, with shared infrastructure, specialist equipment, and lab-focused support designed around how scientific teams actually work.

Trusted by startups, scale-ups, and corporate R&D teams, LSI currently operates across three locations:

• Singapore – one-north
• Singapore – Jurong (German Centre)
• Brisbane – QIMR Berghofer, embedded within this leading medical research institute

We run the lab. You run the science.
