Starting as an Assistant Product Manager at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company in 2003, Stephane advanced through various roles, including Sales Promoter and National Account Manager at Monsanto Company, where responsibility included managing profit and loss for the Crop Protection business unit. Since joining Life Scientific in November 2018, Stephane served as Managing Director and currently holds the position of France & South Europe Director, overseeing strategies for business growth, product expansion, and technical support in alignment with regional agricultural needs.
