We at Life Skill Counsel are here to help you become all you were created to be. This is achieve through one on one counselling, working with small groups and motivational talks. With you we will explore the reasons why you may be failing in relationships, experiencing anxiety, depression, debilitating behaviour patterns or the inability to cope with life. We will then show you how you are able to overcome these difficulties and futher equip you with the life skills to help yourself and others in the future. There is no charge for any services that we provide.
