Rick Greiber has a long history of experience in medical device sales and marketing. Rick began their career in 1999 as a Product Manager at Richard Wolf Medical Instruments Corporation, where they managed ENT, neuroendoscopy, spinal endoscopy, thoracic, arthroscopic, and veterinary product lines. In 2006, they joined Life Spine, Inc. as the V.P. of International Business Development, where they were a member of the sales management team focused on international sales and marketing efforts and growth outside the US. Rick was then promoted to V.P. of Business Development and Professional Relations, where they were responsible for company strategy and development, revenue growth and company footprint and brand. Rick also wrote and negotiated term sheets, letters of intent, licensing and royalty agreements, international and domestic distribution agreements, and group purchasing organization (GPO) and hospital purchasing and pricing contracts. Finally, they were Director of Marketing at Life Spine, initially focusing on both marketing and sales initiatives as the company's sixth employee, launching multiple product lines and working with independent distributors and sales reps to build US distribution.
Rick Greiber received their Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1987, majoring in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Rick then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
